Last Update: February 2016. <\/SPAN><\/P> Existing, programmed, and recommended bicycle facilities are shown within the jurisdiction of the Memphis Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. Programmed facilities represent projects for which funds have been programmed into either the MPO's current Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) or an individual jurisdiction's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Recommended facilities are shown as either Regional (highest), Primary, or Secondary priority facilities.
